Validation Trainings

What is validation and for what purpose?

Validation: it covers the procedures that need to be done to prove that the method used is accurately and precisely performing what is expected. When working with the validated method, the operation is guaranteed to be precise, accurate, specific, consistent, valid, and reliable.

It is the process of independently testing and proving the plant and its design, systems (HVAC/water/ sterilization, injection, etc.), equipment, process, product accuracy, reliability, repeatability.

In which cases validation is carried out;
Many decisions made in various fields are made based on the results of the measurements made. In order to make the right decision, the analytical measurement result must be accurate and reproducible. When it is understood that there is a change in the performance of the method over time, the validation of the method is made. Validation forms the basis of quality systems.
